Return window
Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bodysuits worn as innerwear may not be eligible for return.
How to return
Contact our support team with your order ID to initiate a return. A pickup will be arranged where available.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
